How the Hub fits together
One place for a student’s schedule, plan, graduation, community and family, drawn as the systems it is.
Schedule
Look up where your student is meant to be today and this week, one class at a time, shuttle included. The week saves to a phone, so it still opens where there is no signal.
Plan
Lay out the years ahead with an advisor, one term at a time, and ask for the courses that fit it. When registration opens, the plan is already the list.
Graduation
Watch the credits add up against what graduation asks for, with grades, college credit and the pathway toward it in one view. The transcript and report cards come from the same record.
Community
Find a club, a school event or a chance to volunteer, and read what the school has posted. Each group's board and the photo archive keep what it has done.
Families
Parents see their own children here: how each one gets home today, what the school needs signed or sent back, and the messages that come from the office. Say how a name is pronounced, and keep your contact details current.
Staff
Advisors meet students here with the plan and the record on one screen, and the people who run the school see the whole picture. Bus routes and teacher schedules are drawn up in the same place everyone reads them.
Signing in
Parents sign in with the email address the school has on file, and after the first time, with a passkey instead.
Students sign in with their school Microsoft account, the same one they use for class.
Staff sign in with their school Microsoft account too; what they see depends on their role.
